HOW DO I ORDER?
Browse our tempting products, add items to your basket, and place your order online.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
We currently have a minimum order value of £30 for delivered products but there is no minimum order for collection.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out every Wednesday for NEXT DAY delivery to your door.
CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order has been placed, you cannot add to it online.
However, if you are picking up your order from Church Farm, there is an opportunity to purchase further venison cuts/products on collection.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
In order to change your delivery address after placing your order, you must contact us four working days before your delivery date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN YOU PREPARE ANY OF MY VENISON BESPOKE?
We are unable to accept special requests or create bespoke cuts. Due to the way our deer are raised in harmony with nature, their weights can fluctuate, but by carefully scheduling our carcass balance, we can ensure enough cuts are available for everyone, and nothing is wasted.
I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING THAT’S SOLD OUT
We do our best to make sure the products that you want are available regularly. However, there are certain products that are extremely popular and do sell out quickly, and others that are available only seasonally. The best thing to do is just periodically check back on the website.

SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes, items become unavailable and might not be included in your order. By the time your order has been delivered, you will receive a refund for the missing item.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellation is possible up to 2 working days before the date of delivery. To cancel your order please email: email@example.com
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THE VENISON IN MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED FRESH?
The venison we deliver to you is frozen and ready to put straight into your freezer.
WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO SWAP ITEMS IN A VENISON BOX SET?
Each venison box is carefully calculated to ensure that we have the correct assortment of products in the box. We are not able to swap any of our products in our venison boxes.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Deliveries are available throughout mainland UK, the Channel Islands, and parts of the Scottish Highlands. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Orders will be shipped out every Wednesday for delivery to your door Next Day. If you live within a 10mile radius of the farm we will contact you to arrange delivery.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
We offer FREE local delivery within a three mile radius of the farm. There is a £5 delivery fee if you live within 5-10miles radius of the farm and for everywhere else there is a flat rate delivery charge of £9.95 for all weekday deliveries.
DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER YOURSELF?
We deliver locally ourselves but for those further afield DHL is our trusted delivery partner.
DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?
No, you do not have to be home to sign for your delivery. You can tell us where you would like your order to be left at the checkout, and our courier will follow your instructions.
You will receive a live tracking code from our courier DHL once your order has been dispatched.IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you have not received your box by the delivery slot. Please be aware during busy periods deliveries may be slightly delayed.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOU?
Yes - if you live locally or have plans to be in the area, we can arrange a pickup time. Please select this option at checkout.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Your payment will be taken at the time of placing your order through our secure payment gateway.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including American Express.
You can also use Applepay, Shoppay and Paypal at the checkout.
DO YOU RETAIN CARD DETAILS?
We do not store your card details, but if they are stored on your browser, they will automatically fill out at checkout if you have them.
If you use Applepay or Shoppay to check out, your card details will be saved by those services.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?
Yes we do.
WILL MY VENISON BE FRESH OR FROZEN?
All of our venison is delivered frozen, so you can put it straight into the freezer. Your box will be delivered in an award-winning, environmentally friendly, ‘wool cool’ liner to help keep the venison frozen. There are a huge number of ways you can recycle the wool liner.
IS REFREEZING SAFE?
Yes, all Church Farm venison can be defrosted and refrozen.The venison can be placed straight into the freezer if it thawed during shipping.
WHAT’S THE LENGTH OF TIME I CAN KEEP VENISON IN A FREEZER?
Our venison can be kept in the freezer for at least six months.
CAN I STORE VENISON IN THE FRIDGE FOR HOW LONG?
The products will last for 3-4 days.
